Dominik Wojtas

Dominik is experienced in commercial, administrative and corporate disputes, as well as in providing complex legal advice to capital companies primarily from the energy, commercial, transport and education sectors.

He represents clients before civil and administrative courts, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, public administration authorities, including the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, as well as in arbitration proceedings, including before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, and the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation.

He supports clients in securing their businesses, through the creation and implementation of internal bylaws, procedures and compliance policies. Among other things, he develops codes of ethics, breach reporting and whistleblower protection policies, AML procedures and personal data protection policies.

In addition, he advises on corporate governance, M&A transactions, and conducts due diligence investigations.

Dominik is appreciated for his professionalism and experience in conducting negotiations and mediations, and  the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.
