Dmytro specialises in the comprehensive handling of litigation, commercial and cross-border disputes, as well as proceedings conducted under the rules of Polish arbitration courts.
He provides advice at the pre-trial stage and develops litigation strategies. He also represents clients before courts of all instances and in the enforcement of claims confirmed by enforcement orders.
Dmytro has experience in infrastructure disputes between contractors and contracting authorities, and contractors and designers, as well as in financial disputes between corporate clients and consumers. He has also worked on complex proceedings concerning companies in the energy, aviation, defence, TMT and FMCG sectors.
Dmytro has provided ongoing contractual advice during the implementation of infrastructure and construction projects (such as roads and airports), and has worked on proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and judgments of foreign common courts, as well as on cases involving excessive delays in commercial transactions, and acts of unfair competition, including breaches of trade secrets.
