Dariusz Dobkowski
Attorney at Law, Partner, Head of Global Transactions
Dariusz began his professional career in the 1990s in the tax department of Arthur Andersen, later joining the legal department of KPMG group entities. He was a co-founder of “KPMG Law”, which he headed from 2003. Dariusz led KPMG’s legal practice in the region as Head of Legal CEE. He was also a member of the Steering Committee of KPMG Global Legal Services, which brings together legal practices from 180 countries.
His practice focuses on commercial law in the broadest sense, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings, real estate and forensic proceedings. Over the years, Dariusz has participated in and managed hundreds of projects in various sectors of the economy involving leading Polish and foreign entities.

Education: Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw; Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.
