Bartosz specialises in civil and commercial law related matters, with a particular focus on real estate law.
He advises on real estate deals, either on the buyer’s or the seller’s side. He supports clients at every stage of the project development process, from identifying the target property, through the legal due diligence, negotiations, drafting the transaction documentation, and commercialisation of the transaction.
He represents clients in real estate litigation, and also handles court and administrative proceedings related to the protection of historical monuments, including cases concerning entries and deletions of objects from the register of historical monuments and obtaining permits for construction work on such objects.
Bartosz is experienced in working with foreign investors from the logistics, warehousing and theme park sectors from multiple jurisdictions including Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
