Advocate, Partner, Head of Commercial Law Practice
Bartosz specialises in civil law, trade and distribution law and gambling law. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including those underlying supply chains and distribution agreements (including franchise and selective distribution systems). He also has considerable experience in handling litigation cases worth millions of zlotys. Bartosz represented a transmission company in multimillion and multifaceted disputes concerning claims related to the location of transmission facilities. He has participated in several dozen proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts related to the Gambling Act (including concession procedures). He also represented clients before the European Commission in the process of making reservations during the notification procedure regarding the amendment to the Gambling Act.
Bartosz also provides regular legal advice to large companies (including companies with Treasury shareholding). His responsibilities include representing clients in trade negotiations worth millions of zlotys and coordinating the work of due diligence teams.
He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of large companies.
Bartosz is also the Deputy Disciplinary Spokesperson of the Krakow Bar Association.
