Anna Misztela

Anna specialises in real estate law with a particular emphasis on transactions in the office, retail and logistics sectors. She has experience in managing complex real estate acquisitions and disposals including within asset and share deals – from project structuring to completion.

She develops and negotiates transaction documentation, including sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) and letters of intent. She conducts due diligence investigations on real estate, identifying legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

She represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing, and advises on the implementation of investments and commercialisation of facilities.

Her professional interests focus on the legal aspects of investment and construction processes, and the dynamics of the commercial property market in Poland.
