Anna Jargut specializes in procedural and substantive administrative law, including construction, spatial development and environmental protection law. For many years she has represented clients before administrative authorities and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. Anna has represented food industry companies, energy companies, sports clubs, developers, construction companies, chemical companies, and religious organizations, successfully dealing with cases in the field of broad real estate, environmental protection, energy, construction, land use, and heritage conservation law, and numerous matters concerning the determination and registration of the legal title to real properties.
Anna Jargut also has many years’ experience in civil litigation, particularly involving seeking damages for unlawful actions of public authorities. Anna has represented Clients before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal.
Anna advises transmission companies and developers on issues related to the determination and registration of the legal title to transmission networks, and also wind farm operators. Her experience also includes advising on investment processes, including the implementation of key infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining K&P, Anna for 11 years worked for one of the leading law firms in Poland, and previously – for governmental authorities.
