Anna Dusza

Anna specialises in advising on civil litigation, including disputes brought by consumers against banks regarding Swiss franc loans.
She represented one of the largest commercial banks in Poland in civil disputes before common courts.
Anna also has experience in handling criminal and commercial law cases, representing both businesses and individuals before courts.
During her studies, Anna was a member of the Student Academic Circle of Lawyers at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. She has been a speaker at numerous national academic conferences.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Anna worked with Polish law firms.
