The planned changes to tax regulations for 2026 will once again have a significant impact on enterprises’ activities.
This is because the new regulations will comprehensively change key areas of tax law, and failure to comply with the new requirements may result in problems with tax audits and administrative penalties.
Therefore, we invite you to an event on 25 November, during which we will be discussing:
I. The intensification of tax audits and the most important amendments to the General Tax Code
- We’ll highlight areas that are particularly at risk of tax audits (including customs audits of dual-use goods)
II. The most important changes to CIT
- We’ll discuss the most significant challenges relating to the Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two)
- We’ll suggest how to prepare for JPK-CIT reporting

IV. Main changes to VAT: we will briefly highlight the most important changes, i.e. the KSEF e-invoice system and the new exemption limit
