Amanda specialises in civil and banking law. She represents entities from the financial sector in proceedings involving loans denominated and indexed to foreign currencies, including disputes concerning Swiss franc loans and those related to the WIBOR index.
She develops and implements procedural and negotiation strategies. She manages teams ensuring consistency of argumentation in large portfolios of court disputes, which allows for effective and uniform defence of financial institutions’ interests, minimisation of legal risk, and optimisation of dispute resolution outcomes.
Her clients include the largest banks and financial institutions on the Polish market.
