Aleksandra specialises in real estate law, supporting the team in the execution of transactional projects and in providing clients from the real estate sector with day-to-day legal advice. She provides practical solutions that streamline investment processes and ensure transactions run smoothly.
She participates in due diligence investigations and comprehensive reviews of the legal status of properties. She contributes to the analysis and drafting of commercial lease agreements and transaction documentation. Aleksandra also prepares reports to help identify key business issues, highlighting potential risks in the investment lifecycle.
Her areas of interest are construction law and spatial planning.
