Aleksandra Piech

Aleksandra specialises in a broad range of new technologies matters, in particular personal data protection, information protection and the legal aspects of using cloud computing. She advises clients operating in various sectors on personal data protection, and serves as a Data Protection Officer.Aleksandra served as a member of the working group set up by the Polish Bank Association, working on the implementation of the cloud services standard in banks – the so-called Polish Cloud.
Her experience covers, in particular, advising IT and financial entities on personal data protection and cloud computing. For several years, Aleksandra advised technology companies involved in public procurement procedures, and represented them before the National Chamber of Appeal.
Aleksandra graduated with a law degree from the Jagiellonian University, and completed a postgraduate programme in New Technologies Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
