Aleksandra Lizak

Aleksandra specialises in dispute resolution in the field of civil law with a particular emphasis on press and media law. She actively supports the team in the ongoing handling of proceedings concerning the protection of personal rights, including cases concerning press corrections and image protection.

She participates in the drafting of litigation strategies and prepares draft letters and legal opinions. She is responsible for conducting comprehensive legal research and monitoring changes in legal doctrine, keeping track of current case law in defamation and privacy infringement cases.

She also participates in negotiations and supports lawyers in representing clients before courts of all instances.

Her main areas of professional interest include criminal and intellectual property law, particularly in the context of protecting creative works in the digital environment.
