Aleksandra specialises in civil law and commercial law. She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive corporate advice to Polish and international companies.
She represents clients in civil and commercial disputes before common courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She handles complex corporate disputes (including ownership disputes), compensation claims (including those based on the liability of management board members), unfair competition litigation, as well as cases concerning orders for specific conduct and those related to the determination of specific rights.
She represents clients during negotiations and meetings of company bodies. She participates in legal due diligence investigations on behalf of buyers or sellers.
Her clients include companies from the energy, financial, construction, real estate, insurance and technology sectors.

Education: Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, and Université de Tours in France. She is a PhD student at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences
