Aleksander has extensive experience in litigation, in particular in civil, commercial and criminal law matters.
Aleksander participates in litigation projects relating to white-collar disputes and services delivered to the largest banks in the national sector, with particular emphasis on Swiss franc loan proceedings.
In his “white-collar crimes” professional practice, Aleksander has advised financial institutions in connection with pending criminal proceedings, being also responsible as a member of the crisis team for asset tracking in one of Poland’s largest debt management companies.
During his studies, Aleksander took part in international scientific conferences devoted to criminal and constitutional law, and gained pro-bono experience as a member of the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw drafting applications to the European Court of Human Rights.
