Agnieszka represents financial institutions in litigation arising from civil law. She specializes in cases connected with loan agreements indexed and denominated in foreign currencies.
She represents banks before courts of all instances in disputes related to the so-called “free loan sanction”, unauthorized payment transactions, payment cases conducted against retail and corporate clients, and bank contracts subject to variable interest rates based on the WIBOR reference index.
In addition to her background in law, Agnieszka has practical knowledge and skills in accounting, endorsed by a certificate from the Association of Accountants in Poland.
