Agata Tworzydło
Advocate, Senior Associate

Agata is a Senior Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment practice, specialising in contract law, real estate law and legal assistance in construction and investment processes. Her experience and interests also revolve around energy law, including conventional power generation, fuels (including alternative fuels), hydrogen and RES, with a particular focus on the regulatory environment and new technologies used in the energy transition process.
Agata is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her judicial training at the District Court in Warsaw (training body: the Court of Appeal in Warsaw) and her advocate training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Agata qualified as an advocate in 2013 and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Agata worked with several Warsaw law firms and also, as an in-house lawyer and general counsel, provided legal services to companies in the energy and real estate industries.
Agata also has experience working at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Warsaw (UOKiK), where, as chief specialist, she supervised the functioning of, among others, the energy and construction sectors in Poland. On behalf of the President of UOKiK, Agata conducted procedures concerning practices infringing collective consumer interests and antimonopoly procedures concerning practices restricting competition.
