KZR&P assists clients in resolving disputes without litigation through various alternative dispute resolution procedures, including nonbinding and binding arbitration, mediation, mini-trials, summary jury trials, expert fact-finding and early neutral evaluation. In cases, where a non-litigation solution is not available, we handle disputes before both common and arbitration courts. We have extensive experience representing clients in complex, high value ad hoc arbitrations as well as under the rules of the world's leading arbitration institutions (including UNCITRAL and ICSID procedures).
