KZR&P provides complex legal assistance for entities which participate in public procurement proceedings, both as employers as well as contractors. Specifically we assist in the preparation of documents related to proceedings, such as the Specifications of Key Terms of Tender (SIWZ).

We also advise on the procedure of granting the public order most favourable for the Client, as well as legal assistance in lodging protests, appeals and court complaints in public procurement proceedings.
