Consumer Law

KZR&P has extensive experience in consumer matters following the relatively recent new consumer law, introduced with the aim of harmonizing Polish law with EU requirements, on January 1, 2003 and which granted rights to consumers and laid down new obligations on sellers, distributors and manufacturers of consumer goods.

In particular we offer:

• advice on the the drafting of agreements, blue print contracts, indemnity protection, and complaint procedure regulations;
• due diligence and assistance with production of documentation relating to infringement of consumer interests;
• representation of entrepreneurs in litigation with consumers, consumer ombudsmen, commercial inspectors and before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection; and
• representation at court in consumer litigation claims.
