That is from acquisition, development, environmental, planning, leasing, and financing through to the final exit including bankruptcy and the restructuring of real estate portfolios.

In particular we offer:

• advice on real estate acquisitions and sales, due diligence research, including negotiation of contractual conditions on acquisitions and sales;
• advice on the finance soliciting process for real estate transactions, including negotiation and drawing up of credit agreements and security contracts;
• negotiation and drawing up of lease agreements for warehouse, office or retail space;
• representation of clients at public administration bodies, particularly in matters connected with construction law and spatial development; and
• advice on tax aspects relating to real estate trading.

Recent deals include advising one of the largest global investment funds on a sale and leaseback project for a hypermarket chain. KZR&P has also advised investment funds on property acquisitions, logistics and other companies on warehouse and office leases, as well as providing comprehensive legal services to a number of companies interested in constructing factories and office premises in Poland.
