Legal services have ranged from advising on breach of a US$ 50 million loan agreement to advising one of the largest global investment funds on their acquisition of the assets of one of the largest foreign hypermarket chains in Poland including the creation of subsidiaries and tax advice. Other advice has covered a bank's capital restructuring and company transformation programme, representation in bankruptcy proceedings against clients, drafting of customer agreements including investment, credit, loans and debt collection as well as advising on M&A's, shareholder structure disputes and various investment projects in Poland.
