Clients of KZR&P include two of the largest European manufacturers as well as Japanese manufacturers. Advice has been extensive and varied including investment opportunities, external funding options, establishment of distribution networks, project implementation, industrial IP protection as well as representation in dispute resolutions relating to a wide range of matters including, unfair competition, leases, contractual liability and employment issues. In addition KZR&P has developed for a client a set of model contracts for approximately 700 dealerships regarding the restructuring of the distribution system as well as providing training on product liability and consumer law.
