Competition and Anti-trust Practice

We are pleased to announce we have completed the reorganisation of our Competition and Anti-trust Practice. This Practice will now be headed up by Dr. Michał Będkowski-Kozioł.

Dr. Będkowski-Kozioł specializes in competition law, including anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control and state aid law, as well as regulation of network-bound sectors, particularly energy law including the mutual relationship between antitrust and regulatory supervision.

He is also the author of a number of domestic and international publications, author or co-author of commentaries and monographic elaborations and articles in professional scientific press.

The Competition and Antitrust Law Department team also includes: Ms. Monika Urban-Piotrowska, Ms. Marta Miszczuk, Ms. Magdalena Mitas, Mr. Krzysztof Zięba and Ms. Sara Michalska.

We are confident that the changes will further improve the quality of our services within these Practice areas and will also allow us to optimize allocation of our resources to better meet the needs of our clients and facilitate our cooperation with them.
