The European Patent Litigation Comparison Table

We are delighted to announce that KZR&P, as the only legal firm from Poland, took part in an interesting project, initiated by Taylor Wessing in London, whose aim was to compare the legal systems of different European countries in the field of patent law.

Other European countries represented by law firms in individual countries were also involved in the work on the project. The result of this cooperation is "The European Patent Litigation Comparison Table", a useful tool not only from the perspective of law firms, but also for companies operating on an international scale.
