Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) post-graduate diploma awarded to KZR&P associate Karolina Olechno

We are delighted to announce that Ms. Olechno has been awarded the post-graduate diploma in ADR from the University of Warsaw to add to our team’s considerable expertise in this area.

Alternative Dispute Resolution or ADR is the resolution of a dispute through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or similar means as opposed to litigation.

With rising popularity ADR is fast becoming the more favored alternative to traditional litigation due to its perceived benefits of lower cost, greater confidentiality and greater control over the selection of the individual or individuals who will decide the dispute.

KZR&P’s extensive experience includes representation of a Claimant in a US$ 70 million arbitration dispute with a Polish National Investment Fund, resolved in the Claimant’s favour.
