Position: Legal Counselor, Senior Partner. Mr. Rąpała is head of the Corporate Department. He supervises the Firm's M&A, Corporate, Company Restructuring and Financing Practices. Mr. Rąpała advised on the complex multi-party financial restructuring of one of the biggest Polish food manufacturers, assisted the majority shareholder of one of the leading Warsaw Stock Exchange companies in its shares squeeze-out project, assisted in a major restructuring project of one of the leaders in the Polish energy sector, represented a leading US hedge fund in a shareholder conflict within a European major banking group and advised on several M&As, joint-venture and 'Greenfield' projects for clients from the FMCG, banking, finance, brewery, food and beverages, chemical, pharmaceutical, high tech, IT and real estate sectors. Recently Mr. Rąpała has represented a major international financial institution involved in the largest Polish buy-and-lease-back of commercial properties belonging to one of the leading European hypermarket chains operating in Poland. He has been listed as one of the recommended Polish Corporate and M&A lawyers by the prestigious PLC Which Lawyer Year Book.
