Position: Senior Associate. Mr. Zięba participates in the Industrial Property Protection and Combating Un-fair Competition Practices and primarily advises clients from the FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, drugs and cosmetics and automotive sectors, among others. He is also highly experienced in resolving domain name disputes, assisting clients to reclaim "cyber-squatted" internet domain names before the relevant domain name dispute arbitration courts.

Education: The Jagiellonian University of Kraków (Master of Political Science, 2006, Master of Law, 2007).
