Position: Associate. Mr. Gałkowski specializes in banking & finance, restructuring and corporate law, with special emphasis on financial transactions. He has participated in several finance projects, corporate finance and acquisition transactions. Mr. Gałkowski has also participated in due diligence projects concerning banks, health resorts and other companies, as well as in the negotiations of an agreement for providing telecommunication services and preparation of corporate bond documentation

Languages: English, Polish.

Member: The Warsaw Bar of Advocates.

Education: The University of Warsaw (Master of Law, 2009, Certificate in American Law Studies, 2008, Certificate in Mediation, 2008). Currently studying at the Warsaw School of Economics (Postgraduate Studies in Alternative Sources of Capital for Development, Financial Engineering).
