Position: Advocate, Senior Associate. Ms. Mrozowicka leads the Firm`s NewConnect Law Practice providing comprehensive legal advice on any and all issues related to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, organized and regulated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Ms. Mrozowicka has handled a number of debuts on the NewConnect market, being responsible for coordinating the whole process of introducing the financial instruments to the alternative trading system. She holds an Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate granted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Ms. Mrozowicka also specializes in general corporate advice. She has experience in providing day-to-day legal advice for Polish and foreign clients on matters of civil and corporate law, as well as in corporate restructurings and share matters. She has been involved in a number of corporate and capital market transactions in Poland, including mergers, public offerings, private placements and share issues. She has practical experience in investor relations and corporate governance issues.

Education: The University of Warsaw (Master of Law, 2006).
