Position: English qualified Solicitor, Partner. Mr. Katny-Mazowiecki heads the English client desk. He practices English and European law and specializes in e-commerce projects. Recently, he focuses on international commercial arbitration matters. He also assists with and advises on various aspects of commercial and business law. During his LPC, Mr. Katny-Mazowiecki earned a distinction in e-commerce and commendations for commercial law and business law and practice. As a Trainee Solicitor in London, he gained considerable experience running his own files in a niche PI and civil litigation practice but also in general practice matters under the tutelage of a Past President of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society and Council Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
