Position: Trademark and Patent Attorney, Partner. Ms. Marciniszyn is head of the Firm's Intellectual Property Administration Practice. She specializes in intellectual property registration, administration and infringement matters and is also highly experienced in industrial property litigation before the common and administrative courts and the Polish Patent Office. She is also a lecturer at the H. Grocjusz Centre for Intellectual Property Rights in Kraków.

Languages: English, Polish.

Member: The Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group), International Trademark Association (INTA), Union of European Practitioners in Intellectual Property.
