Work Department: Litigation & ADR.

Position: Partner. Dr. Jeżewski specializes in international arbitration and international trade law. He is experienced in international commercial law and ADR, particularly in international commercial and investment arbitration. Dr. Jeżewski is a recommended arbiter at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw, where he lectures on International Economic Law, International Investment Law and EU Economic Law. Dr. Jeżewski is the author of the leading Polish monograph on International Investment Law (Międzynarodowe Prawo Inwestycyjne, wyd. CH Beck, Warszawa 2011), as well as several other articles and papers on international arbitration. Prior to joining the Firm, he also participated in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. In that capacity he was active in Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation) and was elected as Vice-Chairman of the Commission during its 44th Session.
