Work Department: Tax and Accounting.

Position: Associate. Ms. Zięba specializes in tax law. In particular, she focuses on corporate and personal income tax matters related to international tax planning, M&A and corporate restructurings. She also participates in providing on-going tax advisory services for domestic and foreign clients. Among others, Ms. Zięba advised clients from media, banking & finance, energy, oil & gas sectors. Before joining KZR&P, she gained experience in one of the „big four” companies and in a leading Polish tax law firm. Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, USA (2011)
