Position: Agata Szymańska-Rapkiewicz specializes in bankruptcy law, corporate law and financial markets law. She has considerable experience in M&As, settlement of shareholders’ and organizational conflicts as well as in protection against hostile takeovers. Moreover, Agata is involved in private equity and venture capital projects. She advises clients on financing projects, including corporate loans, credit facilities and debt – financing through the issuing of debt-securities and participates in restructuring projects, in particular those involving insolvency or default risk. Agata represents clients in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings.
