Work Department: Tax and Accounting.

Position: Tax Counselor, Partner. Mr. Zaleski co-leads the Tax and Accounting Department and participates in M&A and general commercial matters. He concentrates on corporate / personal income tax, VAT and tax accounting risk assurance. He has advised financial institutions and companies from the IT, media, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and health care, FMCG, food, drugs and beverages sectors amongst others.

Languages: English, Polish.

Member: The Bar of Tax Counselors.

Education: The University of Lublin (Master of Law, 2001).
