Position: Statutory Auditor, Tax Counselor, Partner. Mr. Schmidt specializes in accounting, auditing and due diligence, tax planning and tax issues relating to M&As and corporate restructurings. He has over 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and finance, including over 6 years as the finance director and board member in a subsidiary of a British PLC quoted on the London Stock Exchange with a turnover of 160 million PLN, holding various executive directorships with Polish companies and as the owner of an advisory services company. He has advised clients from the FMCG, construction, IT and real estate developer sectors.
