Position: Advocate, Partner. Mr. Gunia is head of the Kraków office and supervises the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law Department. He is also highly experienced in asset and debt restructuring, general commercial, energy and renewable energy, infrastructure, M&A, real estate and infrastructure. Mr. Gunia has lectured at Moguncja and Heidelberg Universities in Germany on matters concerning the establishment and operation of European companies.

Languages: English, German, Polish.

Member: The Kraków Bar of Advocates.

Education: The University of Kraków (Master of Law, 2004).
